In the rural Oostwoud, near Medemblik and the IJsselmeer, lies the authentic nineteenth-century Patricius House. This holiday home for 12 people has a hot tub, massage shower, sauna room and attractive wood-burning stoves inside and outside. The spacious back garden borders on through water where a boat with motor is also at your disposal. The back garden is completely enclosed, so that children can play to their heart's content.

What a party to be allowed to "live" here for a week. Beautiful surroundings and as an extra you can go straight onto the water with the boat where peace and quiet await you. Do you want entertainment? Enough to do! Our adult children also loved it and made the best use of the hot tub. Enough space for everyone. Highly recommended.

We had a good time together in your beautiful home. Space, atmosphere, an open fire in the evening and a boat trip - very special. Also very nice eaten at 'the Artist' in Medemblik where the birthday boy was allowed to dine for free! The children found the birds of prey workshop in the castle very cool and we 'bigger' were just a bit jealous (only for <13 years). Thanks for the nice week!
